Contact us
Email hello@ukeep.me with your question. If something went wrong, tell us what you were doing and which phone you use, and send the email from the address you sign in with so we can find your account.
Scanning a card
- On My Collection, tap the scan button at the bottom right.
- Point the camera at the card and tap the shutter.
- Check the details, pick a category, add a note if you like, and tap Save.
Reading a card needs an internet connection. If a field was read wrong, tap the edit button on the card before saving, or Edit on the card’s page later.
Saving a card to your phone’s contacts
Open the card and tap Save to Phone Contacts. uKeep asks for access to your contacts the first time. It only adds the contact you chose; it never reads or uploads your address book. If you declined the permission, turn it back on in your phone’s settings under uKeep.
Your cards on another phone
Your cards, notes and card colors are saved to your account. Sign in with the same method (Apple, Google or email) on the other phone and they appear there. If a card couldn’t upload because you were offline, it stays on your phone and uploads when you’re back online.
Scan limit
The number of scans you have left today is shown at the top of My Collection. It resets every day.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, choose Continue with email, then Forgot password?, and follow the link we email you.
Your data and your account
