Is uKeep free?
Yes. The free plan includes 30 scans a month, every card field, categories, notes and offline access. The count resets every month.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited scans, reading several cards from one photo, and priority support. Unlimited has a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 scans a month, far more than anyone collects by hand.
How do I get Pro on Android?
Buy it on the web at app.ukeep.me/pro, signed in with the account you use in the app. Pro turns on in the Android app as soon as the payment goes through.
How do I get Pro on iPhone?
In the app: Profile, then uKeep Pro. You can also buy it on the web; it works on every phone you sign in to.
Does Pro work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. Pro belongs to your uKeep account, wherever you bought it.
Who handles the payment on the web?
Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your invoice.
How do I cancel?
Bought on the web: at app.ukeep.me/pro, Manage subscription. Bought on iPhone: in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Web purchases can be refunded within 14 days of a payment; App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. The refund policy has the details.
